If you are planning to participate in the upcoming fashion show as a vendor or a participant, we would like to inform you about the pricing structure and rules that must be followed to maintain the integrity and organization of the event.
Please note that all vendors and participants in the fashion show must adhere to the following pricing structure:
- Showcase fee: $100.00
- For more than 6 models, an additional fee of $20 per person applies.
- Vendor space fee: $100.00
- For vendors selling food or beverages, the fee is $150.00.
- Each vendor is provided with one 8ft table.
- Two people are allowed to enter with the vendor. For additional people, a fee of $20 per person applies.
- Combined showcase & vendor fee: $175.00
- Includes one 8ft table.
- Ten people are allowed to enter with the vendor. For additional people, a fee of $20 per person applies.
Please note that all fees must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
Additionally, vendors must be set up by 3:00 pm on the day of the event. Failure to do so will result in the vendor losing the opportunity to participate in the event. The event venue will open at 11:00 am, and vendors must be set up by 3:00 pm.
The fashion show will start promptly at 5:00 pm. Ticket pricing is as follows:
- Early bird tickets: $25
- Day of the event tickets: $40
